Dana Macdonald has been the Senior Director, Leadership and Organizational Development at Bombardier Aerospace since 2007. In addition, she provides HR support to the Quality, Achieving Excellence System and Transformation group. Dana has held numerous HR positions within Bombardier Aerospace, working with groups such as Engineering, IT and Corporate Services. She also led the change management team for an SAP implementation in manufacturing and led the HR transformation across the organization. Before joining Bombardier Aerospace, Dana worked for the Department of National Defence (Navy) for 16 years.
