geneviève bich, CHRP, is Chief Talent Officer at Groupe Dynamite, an international apparel company focusing on young girls and women. Prior to joining Groupe Dynamite, geneviève was Vice-President – Office of the CEO at Bell, Canada's largest telecommunications company. Before taking on this strategic assignment, she held various executive positions in Human Resources for several years.

geneviève actively supports a number of Montreal-based community organizations and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, as well as its Foundation's Board. She also chairs one of Montreal's YWCA committees.

geneviève earned a B.A. (Psychology) from McGill University in 1987 and holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal, where she graduated in 1990. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 1991. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
