Grace A. Odums, a strategy consultant, has a growing consultancy spanning over 14 years. Her impressive client list boasts Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 companies, including Disney-ABC Media Networks, Chevron-Phillips, Siemens Medical Solutions, Wells Fargo Company Waste Management, JP Morgan-Chase, and Fairmont Resorts and Hotels. A much sought-after international conference speaker, Grace welcomes every opportunity to partner with organizations and professionals in the areas of management coaching, revenue recapture, change leadership, customer care, talent performance improvement/retention, balanced scorecard creation and diversity strategic planning with system-wide implementation.

Grace currently serves as Director of Diversity for the Pennsylvania SHRM State Council and will join the SHRM National team as a facilitator, delivering the Diversity Strategic Leadership Certificate program in 2010.
