Guilherme Dias is the Director of Strategic Talent Management at Pitney Bowes Canada. He is the recipient of the 2009 Overall Talent Management Award and 2010 Innovation in Employer Branding Award by the Human Resources Professional Association. He is also the recipient of the global Pitney Bowes Impact Award for his work in Strategic Talent Management. He is engaged on multiple industry councils including an External Advisory Committee launched by the Federal Government on talent management and assessment.
