Jean-Michel Caye is a Partner and Managing Director at the Paris office of The Boston Consulting Group. He is a global co-leader for "People Advantage" in the company's organization practice. Jean-Michel has extensive experience in a broad range of HR and organization topics in various industries around the globe. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, he worked for the Hay Group as a Director, and before that gathered experience in the IT services industry in France. Jean-Michel holds degrees in political science, business law and human resources.
