Lee Webster, JD-MBA, SPHR is the Director, HR Standards at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Lee has 15 years of generalist experience in human resources working at Exxon Mobil, PepsiAmericas, and other international Fortune 500 firms. For several years now, he has been an adjunct professor in human resources and business strategy at Trinity, American, and Regent Universities. An active volunteer, Lee has been an examination test question writer for the HR Certification Institute and currently serves as the VP of Education for the Northern Virginia chapter of SHRM. Lee earned his joint JD-MBA degrees at Northwestern University.
