With over 20 years of experience and leadership, Lucie Bourgeois, CHRP, contributes to the field of change management and progressive HR practices in her position as Director, Global Talent Optimization, with IMS Health Canada. At the time of the transformation, Lucie served as Director, HR of the Canadian organization. Lucie is also a member of the Global Organizational Development Council and the Global Corporate Responsibility Advisory Board for IMS. Before joining IMS, Lucie was National Director, HR, at Willis Canada. She previously headed the North American IT Resource Management Team at Nortel Networks, after a period in the organization's HR department. Prior to Nortel, she held several positions of increasing responsibility at Bell Canada and Quebecor. Lucie holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Montreal's École des Hautes Études Commerciales and a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal. She is also a member of the board of directors of Handicap International Canada, a not-for-profit organization.
