Martin Hopkins is a Partner in Eversheds LLP in the UK specialising in employment and industrial relations law. During 27 years of practice he has developed a wide experience in handling all types of contentious and non-contentious employment work in both the public and private sectors. His particular strengths are in executive severance, change management and the management of international projects. Martin works closely with a range of major multinational clients including The Boeing Company, Gap, Microsoft, Starbucks and Symantec. He is co-author of Health and Safety: Are You at Risk? (1993), The Maternity Manual (1994), The Law of Harassment (1998) and EU and International Employment Law (1999). He also speaks frequently on European employment law issues to international audiences.
