Mónica Flores Barragán is Regional Director of Manpower Mexico, Central America and Dominican Republic. She joined Manpower in 1994 and has worked in various areas and positions within the company, such as Operations and Sales Manager (1994-95), Delivery Services Manager (1995-96), Outsourcing Assistant Director (1996-98), Managing and Operations Support Assistant Director (1998-99) and Commercial Director (2003-2007). Mónica graduated from the National Autonomous University in Mexico as an Actuary. She holds a Master's Degree in Philosophy from the Panamerican University, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from IPADE Business School. Her academic development is also complemented by a certificate in Philosophy and History of Mexican Culture. Mónica is a member of the AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico), and participates in the Head Committee of AMECH (Mexican Human Resources Companies Association), COPARMEX (Mexican Republic Companies Federation) and the Directive Council of IMFOARTE (Mexican Training Craftsmen Institute A.C.). She is also President of MeCADR's Manpower Foundation.
