Tania Schramek is co-founder of the Centre for Studies on Human Stress at the Fernand-Seguin Research Centre in Mental Health, associated with Louis H. Lafontaine Hospital. She is currently completing her Ph.D. at McGill University, where she is studying the effects of different ways to diminish the impact of stress on physical and mental health by diminishing the response to stress. Throughout her university career, Tania has developed solid expertise in popularizing science. She has authored over 50 articles for the general public and the website of the Centre for Studies on Human Stress.
