He has extensive experience coaching, facilitating and training diverse international groups and working on projects in large global companies. His clients include Thomson Reuters, Nokia, Abbott Labs and Morgan Stanley. T.H.'s career spans 20+ years of business experience in global human resource management and leadership development throughout Asia Pacific and in the Americas. Currently based in San Francisco, California, he is fluent in Chinese and English with a working knowledge of Japanese. T.H. has a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Washington in Human Resources Management and International Business.
